"I got my renewal and new car about the same time. Called the Calif. office and left a message to update my policy. Later, I called the local office and she was kind enough to contact someone named Tania. What a delightful young lady. Poliet, efficient and timely. No wonder State Farm is a success! Thanks"

"Was in a very minor accident with one of their agents at this location. My bumper wiped completely clean and a scratch on the car he was driving. I have a video of the accident from the parking lot it occurred in and the agent wouldn't provide his insurance until the next day. He was even trying to sell me insurance in the middle of it all. Very unprofessional that he is even trying to claim injury, which is fraud. Shame on him and this company!"

"Bad customer service. Was over paying for my insurance policy and when I called I was told I could not get a better rate! LMAO! I immediately changed agents because of this. The other agent was able to help me and said indeed they can quote me for a lower policy rate."

"We are located in Texas where recent rate increases on homeowners policies are almost double and ridiculous. These guys were great about shopping coverages, communicating, and following up on every question and issue we had. They also had the best deal on umbrella policies that result in discounts on auto policies. I highly recommend this firm and especially our agent Gian Panetta. Since a lot of companies have pulled out of California, this firm is especially attentive to coverages in other states."

"As a commercial property owner, insurance coverage is super important. Jared’s team has been amazing to work with on every level from initiating the large complicated umbrella policy, to getting claims handled. "Quoted a price for home and auto policy. I decided to switch from Geico to State Farm. Paid all 6 months for 4 cars. Paid full 12 months for home. Then I receive bills for each auto policy wanting additional money. It was not a small change either, it was hundreds of dollars difference. The price went up before the policy started. I called and was told it was because of a minor traffic violation on my record. I disclosed that when I was asking for quotes. There was no change in anything, but the price. I told them to cancel several times now. I have even reversed the payment on my credit cards because they were dragging their feet on any return. This is all before the policy even started! Now I get a bill for $936.63 in November for 1 car that was not cancelled on their end. I called them again and apparently I have to speak to the agent again! The same person who has made this probably one of the worst experiences in dealing with a company. I have probably wasted a good 10 hours of my life with this horrible experience."

"To be honest, they are always there for me! I’ve been with State Farm for close to 23 years. It’s a pleasure to deal with everyone in this office however, I’ve dealt mostly with Sara and she is amazing. They truly provide service and I have to say In this day and age, that is almost nonexistent. They should get paid more to throw classes on what customer service really is. I can be a pain at times but my intentions are always good and it always works out right! Thank you to literally EVERYONE in that branch! Keep up the great work. After dealing with another insurance company on an incident awhile back, It makes me realize even more how special State Farm really is. They do their job, are always accessible and take care of business and make their customers whole again. I've had a few claims in the 23 years and there isn't one I can think of that didn't go smooth and I feel I was always taken care of meaning they realize that the insured suffered a loss and act accordingly! I am a lifetime customer until my very last day!"
